1. Our Philosophy

At Wargtag, we believe trust is earned through honesty, quality, and open communication. Our policies exist to fairly protect both our customers and our workshop while allowing us to continue creating premium handcrafted products. Every helmet is built by real people. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. We encourage customers to contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly through honest communication.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Products

Every Wargtag product is handcrafted to order. Minor variations are normal. Product descriptions, specifications and photographs are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Minor color differences may occur due to display settings.
4. Inspired Designs

Some Wargtag products are original artistic creations inspired by fictional universes. They are not official licensed merchandise and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of those intellectual properties.
5. Intended Use

Products are intended for airsoft, cosplay, display and collecting only. They are not certified personal protective equipment and must not be used where certified protection is required.
6. Pricing & Availability

We may change products, specifications, prices, production times and availability without notice. Obvious pricing or listing errors may result in order cancellation with a full refund.
7. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, text, graphics, 3D models, product designs and website content belong to Wargtag and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
9. Limitation of Liability

Customers use Wargtag products at their own risk. Wargtag is not liable for damages arising from misuse, modification, unauthorized repairs, accidents or use outside the intended purpose.
10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemics, customs delays, transport disruptions, power outages or strikes.
11. Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews or media, you grant Wargtag permission to display them on our website and marketing materials while preserving their original meaning.
12. Good Faith Policy

We reserve the right, in rare circumstances, to refuse service, cancel orders or deny claims where fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud, threats or other bad-faith conduct is reasonably suspected.
13. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us before opening a dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
