Every Wargtag helmet is handcrafted to order by our team in Poland. Because each product is individually made, production and shipping times differ from those of mass-produced items.

# Processing Time

All products are made to order.

* Standard production time: **1–4 weeks**
* Large or highly customized orders may require additional production time.

If your order requires more time than expected, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped from **Warsaw, Poland**.

We proudly ship to customers in:

* United States
* Europe
* Most countries worldwide

# Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

**7–21 business days**

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your country's postal service, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

We charge a **flat shipping rate of $45 USD** per order.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

# Customs, Duties & Taxes

**No additional import duties or customs taxes are required upon delivery.**

Orders shipped to the United States are processed through our U.S. logistics partner, and all applicable import costs are covered by Wargtag before delivery.

**You should not be charged any additional customs fees when receiving your order.**

## 🌍 International Customers

Customers outside the United States may be responsible for paying import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other taxes required by their country's laws.

These charges are **not included** in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

For certain custom or special orders, Wargtag may choose to cover additional import costs at its own discretion when appropriate.

# Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us **on the same day you receive it**.

To process a claim, you must provide:

* A complete unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
* Clear photos of the damaged product.
* Your order number.

If our inspection shows that the damage occurred during shipping and there is no indication of intentional or improper handling by the customer, we will manufacture and ship a replacement free of charge.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement.

# Lost Packages

A shipment may be considered lost if it has not been delivered within **180 days** after shipment.

If a package is officially determined to be lost in transit, we will manufacture and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

# Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

While we will do everything reasonably possible to assist with address-related issues, we cannot control or modify the operations of international postal services once a shipment has been dispatched.

If additional shipping costs, return fees, or reshipping charges occur due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, these costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

# Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, Wargtag cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Unexpected delays caused by customs inspections, postal services, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events are outside our control.

We appreciate your patience and will always assist in tracking your shipment whenever possible.
