For over 8 years, we've handcrafted and delivered more than 25,000 products worldwide.
Every helmet is made to order, individually painted, assembled and fitted for its owner.

Where are Wargtag helmets made?

Every Wargtag helmet is handcrafted in our workshop in Warsaw, Poland.

Are your helmets handmade?

Yes. Nearly every stage of production is completed by hand, including mold making, casting, trimming, painting, electronics installation and final assembly.

Are your helmets made to order?

Yes. Every helmet is built specifically for its owner and customized to the selected configuration.

What's the difference between Cosplay and Airsoft helmets?

Cosplay helmets are lightweight and intended for cosplay and display.
Airsoft helmets feature a reinforced shell and a 3 mm impact-resistant polycarbonate lens tested for airsoft gameplay.

What's the difference between the Basic, Improved and Ultimate Kits?

Basic includes the essentials. Improved adds LED lighting, an anti-fog fan and upgraded comfort.
Ultimate includes RGB lighting, dual-airflow ventilation, premium padding and the highest level of functionality.

Which helmet should I choose?

Choose Cosplay for conventions and display. Choose Airsoft if you plan to play or want maximum durability.

Safety & Comfort

Can I use the helmet for motorcycles or bicycles?

No.
Our helmets are designed exclusively for airsoft, cosplay, collecting and display.
They are not certified protective helmets for motorcycles, bicycles or any activity requiring certified protective equipment.

How do I choose the correct size?

Simply provide your head circumference when placing your order.
Our standard size fits 55–60 cm (21.7–23.6 in).
Most models can also be adjusted to fit up to 63 cm (24.8 in), while some can accommodate 65 cm (25.6 in).

Will the helmet fit over glasses?

In approximately 95% of cases, yes.
Compatibility depends on the shape of your glasses and head, but most customers experience no issues.

Are your Airsoft helmets safe to use?

Yes.
Our Airsoft helmets are specifically designed for airsoft gameplay.
Every Airsoft version features a reinforced shell and a 3 mm impact-resistant olycarbonate lens.

They've been tested at impact velocities exceeding 850 FPS and have been used by more than 25,000 customers without a single reported case of a BB penetrating either the helmet shell or the lens.

Can I wear the helmet for long periods?

Yes.
The weight is evenly distributed, making the helmet comfortable for extended wear. For maximum comfort, we recommend the Improved or Ultimate Kit.

How much does the helmet weigh?

Depending on the model and selected options, our helmets typically weigh between 1.2 and 1.6 kg (2.6–3.5 lbs).

Electronics

Do the helmets include LED lighting?

Yes.
LED lighting is available with the Improved and Ultimate Kits.

Do the helmets include anti-fog fans?

Yes.
Improved Kits include a built-in anti-fog fan, while Ultimate Kits feature a dual-airflow ventilation system.

What battery do the electronics use?

Our electronics use a standard 9V battery.
Due to international shipping regulations, the battery is not included with your order.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We regularly ship to the United States, European Union countries and many other destinations worldwide.
If your country isn't listed, simply contact us and we'll check shipping availability.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 2–4 weeks because every helmet is handcrafted specifically for its owner.

How long does shipping take?

International shipping generally takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes.
Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

United States: No. Import duties are covered through our U.S. logistics partner.
Other countries: Import duties, VAT and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Care & Maintenance

How should I clean my helmet?

Use a soft cloth and avoid aggressive solvents or strong alcohol-based cleaners.
For the lens, we recommend using a microfiber cloth intended for cleaning optical lenses.

Can the helmet get wet and how should I store it?

Yes.
Allow the helmet to dry completely before storage.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures above 40°C (104°F).

Orders, Warranty & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

If production hasn't started yet, we may be able to modify your order.
Because every helmet is handcrafted to order, cancellations generally aren't possible once production has begun.

Do your helmets include a warranty?

Yes.
Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are covered under our warranty.
If we made a mistake, we'll repair or replace the product.

What isn't covered by the warranty?

The warranty doesn't cover:
Normal wear and tear
Improper use
Customer modifications
Unauthorized repairs
Accidents
Damage outside normal airsoft use

Can I return my helmet?

Because every helmet is handcrafted specifically for each customer, returns generally aren't accepted simply because you've changed your mind.
Please review all product descriptions and specifications carefully before placing your order.

What if I receive the wrong item or my package arrives damaged?

If we shipped the wrong product or your order was damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible and include photos if applicable.
We'll review the situation and work quickly to make it right.
