Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At Wargtag, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Every helmet we create is handcrafted by our small team in Poland, and we take great pride in every product that leaves our workshop. While the policies below are designed to protect both our customers and our business, our first priority is always to resolve problems fairly, honestly, and reasonably.
If something isn't right because of a manufacturing mistake or an error on our part, we'll make it right.
At the same time, every Wargtag product is handcrafted to order rather than mass-produced. For this reason, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
We encourage every customer to carefully review the product description, photographs, specifications, and compatibility information before placing an order. Our goal is to provide complete and transparent information so you can purchase with confidence.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Production begins shortly after an order is placed, usually within a few hours.
Because materials are prepared and production starts almost immediately, orders generally cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
Each order represents a significant investment of time, craftsmanship, and materials, while also reserving production capacity specifically for your helmet.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed individually. If approved, Wargtag reserves the right to deduct the cost of materials already used, labor performed, and other production-related expenses before issuing a refund.
We kindly ask customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.
RETURNS
Because every Wargtag helmet is individually handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or expected something different from what is clearly described on our website.
If a return request is approved due to an objective issue, the customer must contact us before returning any item, ship the helmet back within 5 days of delivery, cover return shipping unless otherwise agreed, and return the product in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Helmets modified after delivery.
• Products showing damage caused after delivery.
• Returns based solely on personal preference when the delivered product matches its description.
HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Minor variations in paint finish, weathering, texture, resin casting, internal surfaces, or other cosmetic details are a natural result of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If your helmet arrives with an objective manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Every claim is reviewed individually.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT
Natural handmade characteristics, minor casting marks, slight paint variations, normal wear and tear, damage caused by impacts, misuse, accidents, customer modifications or repairs.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, we will ship the correct item free of charge.
ELECTRONICS
All electronic components are fully tested before shipment. If an issue occurs, please contact us first. In many cases the problem can be resolved through troubleshooting, technical guidance, or replacement components.
AIRSOFT USE & WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The warranty does not cover intentional misuse, improper use, customer modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or damage beyond normal airsoft use.
WARRANTY
Objective manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible within 14 business days after inspection.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly, the customer is responsible for any return shipping, customs, or reshipping costs.
